Our company is looking to hire a marketing assistant who will be working closely with our marketing team to develop and implement marketing plans and strategies for our brands. You will be given presentations about our ongoing campaigns and provide administrative support to our marketing and sales team. The position of marketing assistant consists of assisting and implementing all marketing strategies. It also focuses mainly on planning and market research to develop marketing strategies and supporting and managing the business efficiently through Project Management. To be chosen for this role, you must have prior work experience in marketing, administration, and sales. Must have effective written and verbal communication skills and a high level of attention to detail are both important keys to success in this role.
Tasks & Responsibilities

-Providing administrative support to the marketing and sales team;
-Preparing , formatting and editing a range of documents;
-Design, edit & create digital content, Post, reels, tik toks for social media accounts;
-Manage various social media accounts; Schedule Social Media posts the postings;
-Provide administrative aid for various projects related to the market, which include project meeting schedules,minutes of a meeting, transcribe notes and compose memos;
-Provide personal and administrative support to Executives.. The support includes running errands, coordinating travel arrangements, preparing appointments and agendas;
-Serve as liaison between advertising agencies and the company, print suppliers, vendors, contractors, freelance talent, and various marketing services.
-Update corporate website,
-Maintain project tracking spreadsheets and business line marketing calendars.
-Manage marketing and media event deadlines, budgets and arrange preparatory meetings for events;
-Prepare invitations, event agendas, track payments or refunds the registration forms for events;
-Validate and fulfill requests for information and marketing, tracking emails and requests.
-General office duties.

-Attend in person and Virtual events;
-Coordinate with vendors,
-Provide assistance on terms of logistics to events;
-You assist us on productions for photos & content
-Develop media pack as well as to conduct conferences and trade shows;
-Generate Event show passes, thank you letters, from letters for mailing mass brochures to prospective customers;
-Prepare press release, company newsletter and event announcements;
-Provide assistance in creating and enhancing the campaign list;
-
-Collaborating with the marketing manager, internal teams, clients and partners on marketing strategy.
-Working closely with Sales and Marketing department.
-Complete marketing administrative projects that include running marketing and sales reports, conducting research on the company and other assignments;
-Assist in promotional strategies and product development;
-Helping identify marketing trends and key opportunities for innovation.
-Learning and working with various types of software for digital marketing.
-Organizing market research
-Maintaining a marketing database
-Analyzing questionnaires and other forms of feedback
-Creating and interpreting a variety of reports.
-Assist in writing and editing sales and marketing materials; which include articles, presentations, white papers, and collateral;
Qualifications:
At Minimum 2 years marketing experience, Bachelor’s degree in marketing is a plus.
Administration or sales and marketing assistant experience
Digital Marketing experience - You have 2+ years of experience with social media, especially tiktok and instagram, and are active on the platforms yourself
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Project management experience
Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.

You already have first experiences with editing & filming videos (Final Cut Pro & Adobe Premiere, anything else is a bonus)
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and google suite.
SALARY: $25/ Hour - This position will start as a three month contractional position with an opportunity to convert to a Full time position.
